Nice location and we booked as it was listed as dog friendly ! However when we arrived we were dismayed to find that we were unable to use any area in the hotel other than our bedroom!!! This was not pointed out at the time of booking . Therefore we had to go out constantly to get anything to eat or drink . There wasn’t even a small outside area where we could sit other than on our balcony which had no shade and it was 35 degrees !

I was very upset when I went alone to Collect some breakfast to take up to our room this morning so that my husband and I could at least have a coffee and snack before we left . My husband had to stay in the room with our small dog of course ! I was refused a tray by two members of staff to enable me to carry two coffees some juice and a minimal selection of pastries in the lift up to our room !!!! I then insisted that a tray was given to me as it was suggested I should balance the items on one plate !!! It was eventually taken from the bar by the restaurant supervisor . All very embarrassing and unhelpful particularly as I was just recovering from a leg operation
