Staff excellent so friendly and helpful outright winners in every category , view amazing, food exceptional, best bed I've had since arriving in the UK, loved it and would recommend it to everyone going to the Isle of Arran. So much to see and enjoy, .

Friendly and efficient staff. Can't beat Arran for a location. Very clean.

I was disappointed that the entrance and check-in area feels cramped and gives a poor first impression. There were no leaflets or other help about the local area. Our room had sloping ceilings, and the bed was under the slope so you could not sit up in bed, and there were no easy chairs to sit. The hotel didn't have any areas where you could just sit and relax, only the bar.
