Nice location looking out to Holy Island. Very clean, friendly staff, large, comfortable room.

A covered area for bikes would be handy.

Comfortable and quiet. The view outside is spectacular. Lots of nice restaurants in close vicinity. I liked the cookie that is left in the rooms.

Excellent location with a great view of the sea. Everything was clean and tidy and the service was amazing. The restaurant was one of our highlights as the food was excellent.

The Furniture in bar was held together with duck tape and shabby looking , we were greeted with a rude bar tender who I don’t think manged a smile in the time we were there. The evening meal wasn’t nothing short of a fish and chip style cafe which didn’t meet up with the standard of restaurants in the area . To pre choose breakfast in 24 hours is an old fashioned way of doing things, self service of coffee and continental produce would atleast reflect the high price the hotel charges. Training of confidential information is a must and to leave the bill containing personal information was left in full view of everyone on the dining table when we arrived for breakfast an inappropriate way of saying goodbye.
