Buena ubicación. Buena decoración. Silencio y tranquilidad con ventanas cerradas.

Recepción. El día que llegamos solicité un mapa del pueblo, me remitieron a la oficina de turismo, que estaba cerrada ese día y el siguiente (15 y 16 de abril). La habitación reservada era una doble, según consta en su publicidad, con balcón. Sin embargo, la que se nos asignó no disponía de balcón. La limpieza. El hotel ofrece cambio de toallas cada 3 días, en una estancia de 4 días no se cambiaron ni toallas ni sábanas. Al tercer día tuvimos que solicitar toallas limpias en recepción. Pidieron disculpas.

La ubicación es muy buena, en la plaza del pueblo.

El hotel está un poco descuidado y es un poco viejo. El restaurante no funcionaba y no lo avisaban previamente.

Es un hotel amb molt d’encant, molt ben reformat i amb molta història. El fet que es vegin les sitjes del soterrani a través del terra de vidre és espectacular. L’habitació molt agradable i confortable. El personal molt simpàtic i atent. La cafeteria és molt agradable també.

L’esmorzar era correcte, en un espai molt agradable, però hagués estat bé tenir més opcions dolces.
