Parking, good sized room

Cleaning was poor. high level dusting not done, tv not dusted, debris from previous guesr. Having to pull heavy bed out each night,

Nothing, from the moment we arrived, the place smelt of damp.

Being woken up to the smell of raw sewerage. Rundown establishment, I have stayed in similar properties nearby much nicer, & cleaner.

This is still my favourite and affordable place to stay for work. The staff are nice and even gave a discount to my colleague who booked last minute. They were also considerate of our night shifts and made sure housekeeping didn’t disturb us during the day. That was very thoughtful.

Good location , clear instructions sent by email for key collection as no host at the building , coffee and tea selection , room was clean

No toiletries for shower, the shower was cold ,bed was very low and the mattress springy and uncomfortable .

Friendliness of staff

The property desperately needs refurbishment. Bathroom and main room in poor condition. The only thing that felt clean was the bed sheets.
