הייתי מעדיפה שיוזכר בהזמנות לבית האירוח שהג׳קוזי לא כוללת את מחיר כי הופתענו שהכניסה לשם צריכה אקסטרא תשלום

Hotel, room, food, staff

Yara the guest relations manager, performs an exemplary role. It feels that she is the heart of the hotel. She is both professional and warm- guests feel comfortable , relaxed and nothing is too much trouble for her and the hotel team. The desk duty staff are also excellent as are the cleaning and porter staff. I would also highly recommend Mohammed the hotel driver, whose manners are wonderful and he also performs his role to a top standard. Big thanks to Mohammed. This hotel is a gem..the rooms are perfect, exceptionally clean , modern and remarkably bright and comfortable. I will definately stay here again if I return to Amman. Thanks again, Yara and team.
