"10/10 hotel stay with great hosts and amazing room"

The hotel was perfect. John is a lovely host and we were made to feel welcome immediately. The room was beautiful with lots of little extras, attention to detail and everything we needed to make our stay relaxing. It's one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in and would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.

- Very comfortable bedroom, the bed was superb - Nice sheep land on the side - You can park directly in the yard

- A little bit too expensive, given the remote position - We didn't try the breakfast (20£ per person)

It is a very beautiful house in the countryside, yet close to Edinburgh AirPort. The owners are so nice people, very helpful. I can recommend to anyone searching for the highest standards in home-like environment.

Perfect hotel. Fabulous room . Comfortable bed. Lovely little treats. Tea making facility with shortbread and home made tablet and choice of biscuits in room. Lovely bathroom with toiletries. Owners very welcoming.

Everything was perfect. Way above average. 5 star plus.

"Never having been to Linlithgow before we were really suprised what a great town it is."

Very clean and impressed by the facilities within the room. Owners very helpful and friendly. Located away from any roads and very pleasant views.
