"lovely place, lovely staff. too hot, no way of cooling down."

gorgeous property, lovely designed space, friendly welcoming.

extremely warm, windows would not open. none of the electrical plugs had been PAT tested since 2015.

"A real treat of a stay, bed and breakfast were both lovely: what more could we ask?!"

Beautiful house in a secluded country location. Lovely hosts, clean and comfortable bedroom and lovely bathroom. The breakfast was superb, freshly cooked and delicious. We couldn’t manage the hot apple muffin which had just come out of the oven, but enjoyed it later in the day!

"Superb Stay"

Arden Country House proved the perfect start to our Scotland tour. Our room was spotlessly clean and the ample brrakfast was delicious. Beth & John were very friendly and helpful; this beautiful accommodation and their genuinely warm hospitality are a supreme match.

Beautiful house in excellent surroundings. Owners very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast choice and quality certainly deserved 5 star rating.I would not hesitate in recommending this b & b. Excellent value for money.

Lovely clean, large double room. Spotlessly clean en-suite. Breakfast was exceptional, so much choice, everything from freshly stewed fruit fresh fruit ,yoghurt, cereal, bread, rolls pastries, cooked breakfast (scottish) pancakes and more.....delicious,

Couldn't find fault in our requirements.
