Great welcome from Jo, really friendly and professional. Room was very comfortable with nice touches like a small fridge, iron and ironing board, as well as the expected tea and coffee making facilities.

Location was excellent

Decor was very monochrome & dated. The room needed a really good clean. Creaking floorboards on the landing were a pain!
