Excellent accommodation, nice little villa’s, friendly staff

Everything. The place, the rooms, the pool, the availability of Ayurvedic treatments and sport facilities. The food was really amazing. You have real typical Sri Lankan food but also more occidental ones if not fan of spices. It’s impossible to not find something delicious to eat. The staff is extremely kind. We came here 13 years ago and this year we came back for our anniversary. They made our stay even more special with a cake and we found in our room sweets and fruits. Club Palm Bay is a place that we recommend for the wonderful comfort and gentle and experienced staff you will find. It’s a place to enjoy and relax accompanied by extreme care towards the guests. Thank you again! It’s a promise that we will come back.

Pool was good. Location is excellent.

Communication is really poor. Ordered some food through toom service and it was delayed over one hour and 15 minutes. To get to the room service was horrible. There was no information In the room what are the service no. Front desk also not able to properly get the thing done. I had to walk to the front desk and made my order. Even though it was really delayed when it is delivered. Really disappointing about the service. Dinner buffet also should have more options with seafood since the area is more popular with seafood.

Ruime kamer met groot zwembad en mooie omgeving. Wij waren er maar voor 1 nachtje dus weten niet precies hoe de omgeving verder is, maar volgens mij is er niet zoveel te beleven.

Aantal kleine spinnen in de badkamer, maar verder was het heel schoon.

Ogni uscita dalla struttura richiede un qualche tipo di transfer, sia questo un taxi, un tuktuk od un Uber, anche se, a dover essere obbiettivi, lo stesso vale per virtualmente ogni altra struttura direi nel paese, é semplicemente così che funziona
