It was pathetic. No phone line, even mobile call wasn't being picked..I had to go downstairs to let them know I need water. There was power outage for 2 hours, despite having backup, despite requesting to turn on the backup, you didn't turn it on. I had my business meeting and was into that, imagine someone in such stage and you are not turning on. Reason; baris ho rhi hai , I think that's the reason why you have back-up right? No one at reception, the help boy was lethargic to core. For breakfast even had to go downstairs to ask, breakfast please. And what you give in breakfast? One day poha tea and another day omlette tea. Guys this isn't breakfast, rather just mention that guest would given only poha omlette. Where is egg? Where is coffee? Where is bread? Where is milk? You are 3 star right? Ac wasn't working. It took almost 4-5 hours to bring the cooling to normal despite ac running at max. I understand temperature but it's on 1st floor it doesn't take 1 hour to make it cool. Rooms were dampene on wall, flooring tiles were broken at some places. In washroom I didn't find basic - shampoo soap. Just bathing liquid isn't enough. Overall it was a pathetic stay, it was organized by my buisness partner and I am going to say the same to them and not to do any future bookings at this hotel. Pathetic. On the positive side if I can find they agreed to extend my checkout by 1 hour which is understood because there were very few guests. But I appreciate that. Other than , poor exp.

"Nice Heritage touch"

Great experience at this heritage hotel. Room was big and all basic amenities were available. Only flip side was non availability of restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was good and service standards were nice.

"Disapointing..."

4.0

We recently spent 1 night in the Megh Niwas and we were a bit disapointing by the quality of the hotel. Given the price we were expecting something better : hotel not really clean, rooms in poor conditions, leak in the bathroom, huge level of humidity, really noisy... Would not recommend this place.

"Too far away, no outside windows"

6.0

We found the hotel too far away from central Jodhpur. It is located in a residential area with no places of interest or restaurants near by. It is a 15 minute bumpy ride by rickshaw to the clock tower. You have to get the hotel to ring for a rickshaw. Also, the room had no windows looking outside. We asked for another room but it seems they had no outward looking rooms. We ended up cutting our losses and found a guesthouse in central Jodhpur with a bedroom window overlooking the fort.
