The location was good, close to the beach, shops & restaurants. The bed was comfortable. The gardens were nice.

The private pool villa was advertised as a 5 star villa, though it lacked the 5 star features & service, plus there were some issues with things that did not work. The fan in the outdoor seating area did not work. I reported this to management, & they spent 3 hours trying to fix it in which time we did not have lights or air-conditioning as they had to turn off the power, so we sat there from 8.30pm-11.30pm using our torches on our phones whilst sweating bullets. They could not fix the fan. The big beautiful bath tub was unable to be used as the push in/push out plug did not work properly, so when we tried to fill it up the water disappeared. We reported this to management & physically showed then the issue but nothing was done. The pool was dirty, alot of hair and gunk floating around, particularly noticeable at night when the pool lights were on. We chose not to swim in it. We had to request that our room be made up upon getting home in the afternoon to find that our room had not been cleaned. The toilet took 2-3 flushes to do it's job properly, & no we didn't flush the toilet paper. There was no mosquito net around the bed, but plenty of mosquitoes. Given that we paid AUD$1000 for 2 nights, & could not enjoy the 2nd night due to electrical issues, combined with the other issues, we requested 1 night to be refunded as we were not satisfied with the service we recieved for the price we payed. This was refused and no compensation was offered. We expected more for $500 per night. This is not a 5 star villa. The villa itself was nice but the maintenance & service was extremely poor. Management let's this place down big time. We will not be staying there again.

Dans l’ensemble, un bon hôtel avec un service de grande qualité. En revanche, le rapport qualité-prix reste perfectible : pour un tarif à environ 200 € la nuit, nous nous attendions à un petit effet “waouh” à l’arrivée. À noter également que la piscine a légèrement décoloré nos maillots de bain, un point à surveiller.

La chambre était très agréable, mais le tarif nous a semblé un peu élevé par rapport à ce qui était proposé. Malgré cela, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

A great place to stay - conveniently located and immaculately clean and comfortable. The location is set back from the busyness of the main street and is set in beautiful grounds. Exceptional service from very friendly staff!

The property itself is needing a little sprucing up although this did not detract from our stay.
