It's an awesome place to stay. It's the second year we have been, Lynne and Paul are so friendly, nothing is too much, whatever you may need during your stay, just ask.

Situated very well and nice and quiet away from the noise of the main street. The facilities were all good from the showers to the fridge freezer to the bed... They all worked really well. And after staying at numerous places in Skegness this was one of the top ones. The owners were really helpful and no complaints here.

Location was great.

The sheets were dirty,no towels or hand soap,had to go an buy a towel an l had hand sanitizer,there was tea an coffee facilities but no milk an also the shower would be great if you were a child,no room in it what's so ever.
