"Homely and friendly B&B"

Great location, large property. Host was so friendly and made you feel at home and couldn't have done more for you. Accommodated an early breakfast for us due to an early starting competition so needed an early checkout too. Room was a good size and had been decorated to a good standard, big TV and nice views over the neighbouring farm. Plenty of extras eg sachets hot chocolate/biscuits etc which was a lovely touch.

Downstairs of the property could do with a bit of updating but still homely feel, would benefit from triple glazing just to block out more of the road noise but it didn't stop us from sleeping

Very welcoming, excellent host. I went with my young daughter. Nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable beds, inviting room and stocked coffee and hot chocolate in room. Breakfast great.
