"Good value, quiet location"

The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, owner chatty & very welcoming. I don't have an electric car but noticed that they have a recharging point.

The shower over the bath wasn't great. The bathroom was tired and needs updated.

It was really friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The owner went above & beyond. Very clean. Any issues were dealt with quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Unser Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Er hat uns sehr gute Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten gegeben. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab eine große Auswahl.

Great location Great host Great breakfast Fab that our pup was welcome to stay

We were in Room 5 & we heard every conversation & every door opening - walls were so thin The bed wasn't ever so comfortable/supportive for my partner

Really enjoyed our stay, welcoming host, clean room with super comfortable beds and the breakfast was delicious Location was perfect for us for an overnight stay whilst visiting Scotland for a TAGB tournament Scott was really helpful offering advice on travel and places to eat Would definitely stay again 😊

"Home from home"

We really enjoyed the overall stay. The beds were comfy and the area was quiet, the breakfast was very nice and filling. The owner was very pleasant and attentive. It was like being home from home.

"Nice quiet family run hotel close to Wishaw"

We stayed here with our small dog whilst visiting family in the Wishaw area of Lanarkshire. It is a very quiet location on not too busy road into Wishaw. There was plenty of parking and opposite the hotel is open parkland with a disused railway track ideal for walking dogs (if you're travelling with one). The room was clean and tidy with the facilities we required. There's also a communal lounge you can use as well. It's a family run hotel which gives it the feel of staying at a friends house rather than at a corporate hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, Scot (the owner) gave us plenty of information about the area to help us enjoy our stay. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice.
