The hotel smells vile they have a dog and it smells of urine throughout the hotel wires dangling all over ceiling really needs a good reverb

The advert for the hotel said no pets, as soon asyou put your head through the door ypu were met with a dog smell, their own. The carpets could do with a good clean. The woodwork in the bedroom and bathroom were covered in paint splashes The bar / dining room could do with a good clean.

Good guesthouse, amazing breakfast, helpful staff; very convenient for Spa.

It smelt as you enter, owner very unclean wires hanging out everywhere we ended up in the attic even though we was the only people in hotel. Shower cubicle unclean, side cabinets stained wardrobe covered in dust. Breakfast bug in the juice cups sticky plates for toast had to go back to room to re shower.

This must be the worst hotel we have ever booked, on entering the premises the smell of dogs was overpowering, the owners were slouched out eating sandwiches, a dogs dish was on the couch filled with what looked like left over breakfast. we were told the room was not ready but could leave our bags. There was no chance of us staying. I told the owner that the property was not for us and we were cancelling, as it was the 18th he started to get annoyed and was amazed at my reaction when i said it was filthy. I will be complaining to HOTELS.COM they should not offer this to anyone who has not previously stayed. In one word disgusting. What looked like the breakfast room was piled high with junk and thick dust was visible everywhere.HOTELS.COM you should send someone out to that establishment and check on what you are offering your customers.

Hotel looks like it’s been having some work done , needs a good clean . Room ok basic but ok . Breakfast ok plenty of options , sat in a very untidy room stuff all over . Food ok , bad thing was plates ect lots of chips in , not clean cutlery , service ok friendly helpful . Won’t go back
