The Knowsley B&B

Jestem zadowolona z hotelu. Zamowilismy 2 lozka i mielispy spac na nich z dziecmi (bo dzieci do 5lat gratis). Mily pan z recepcji zamienil nam jednak na 4 lozka bo akurat mial taki pokoj wolny. Oczywiscie bez doplaty. Wszystko czysto, herbata gratis. Trzeba zwracac uwage na godziny otwarcia recepcji bo w ciagu dnia nie zawsze ktos jest. Szybki dojazd do centrum koleja.

very rough bad area un Liverpool, did not find any breakfast although I booked it before and no staff at all present to ask about it, very disappointed with this hotel

stag party of lads greeted me and my son,but was told that we would be staying on the top floor and that it would be quiet, this was true until 4.30 when our two neighbours arrived blind drunk shouting and even tried to get in our room. my son is 14 and was frightened. this hotel is not staffed at night, but you are given a number to phone. by 5.05 the noise was still going on so i phoned and they were going to send someone down, but thankfully it stopped just after i called. the room was clean and thankfully the beds too, but the stains on the carpet and on the side of the bed suggested much drink had been spilled on them, from previous tennants. the shared bathrooms were clean on arrivial, but our neighbours urinated all over the floor and over the toilet paper that was on the fllor beside it. our second night we were woken again at 3.30, but as my son was so tired it only woke myself, and thankfully our drunken neighbours settled after 20mins. this b & b / hotel is not somewhere you should go unless ur looking for party

The hotel was very satisfactory for my stay. The rate charged was very good although conveniences were shared and reflected the rate.

Everything worked

I was happy with my stay here. The beds were very comfy and clean rooms. I wasn't too keen having to share a bathroom with other rooms and bit annoyed had to pay breakfast seperate when quite frankly we were staying at what was essentially a b n b but yeh I was happy enough and it was near both anfield and goodison park and busstop to town was just outside and only took like 15mins to city centre. The woman that worked at Knowsley was very nice, friendly and very helpful. Would stay again just a pity didn't havé shower and toilet to yourself.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was very neat. Really enjoyed my stay and worth the money.

Difficult to find as the ground floor is all boarded up. Couldn't get in arrival as the door was locked? and had to ring 24hr help line number. We were told you can't check in after 8 oclock, no mention of that when booking made! Eventually someone arrived to let us in after several phone calls. It's clean but basic and you get what you pay for. It was a bed for the night after a football match but judging from the outside I don't think I would stay there with a family
