Excellent stay here as always - very friendly family owned business with clean and tidy rooms and personal service. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again, especially if coinciding with a trip to Lundy Island.

We we're very comfortable. It was well located to visit the area. The proprietors had some interesting insight to the local area and what it takes to run a hotel. They were earning their good reputation. Would stay again if in the area.

Couldn't fault it. Clean, spacious room and warm, friendly service. Perhaps the breakfast window (8.30 start, 8.50 last orders) could be a bit longer, but the breakfast itself was very nice indeed.

Nice B&B close to the sea and farm animals. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome.

It is good to stay at a farm with all the fresh air and in a great atmosphere. Good for family with kids. Not too far from attractions Woolacombe beach 10 mins and other attractions also around 30 min radius. Could do better with shampoos in the shower. :)
