"Exceptional"

Amazing place to stay, super clean, excellent food, great location and free parking. But what makes it stand out most is how amazing the staff are. Super friendly, helpful and an absolute credit to the Old Sun Inn! I would 1000% recommend on just the staff alone, lovely, polite and attentive.

"Excellent"

Ample parking. Nice view of car park and meadows beyond. ☺️ Only 4 rooms so pleasantly quiet. Lovely modern room with good beverages and facilities. Lovely friendly staff. Nice breakfast room and all needs catered for.

Bed was too soft for me... struggle with my back and unfortunately there was no support although that's not something I am complaining about.

Lovely room By Eck with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room. Overlooked the rear of the property with some grass and parking so very quiet. Breakfast great and generous portions ! We will probably stay again.

"Letzter Tag in Yorkshire"

Das Zimmer hat ein gute Größe und es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls sehr schön. Mit Tageslicht. Man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell im Zentrum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das englische Frühstück war gut. Obwohl die Zimmer über dem Pub liegen, war es nicht sehr störend. Wir waren an einem Montag da. Ob es am Wochenende lauter ist, kann ich nicht sagen. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden.

Das einzige, was uns nicht gefiel, war die Lage des Bettes. Es war auf der linken Seite sehr nah an der Wand.

Beautiful tables in the pub. Very clean and well thought out bedroom and bathroom. Lovely touch to have dressing gowns and even a travel adaptor. Delighted to see a standard fan in the room. Liked the Yorkshire sayings as the room names. Good breakfast. Large Tv - great as so many places skimp on this.
