Comfort Hotel Campos dos Goytacazes

Good afternoon! I understand that, during the pandemic, services are in deficit, but a global hotel chain MUST maintain a minimum of quality. I stayed - on business - at the Comfort de Campos dos Goytacazes, and meals were served in the room. At lunch, the filet mignon was dry, the fries burnt and the vegetables withered; the 'parmegiana' was just a mockery of what I'm used to. In addition, the restaurant had no oil! Amazing ... I have been to 44 countries and, for the very first time, I found a restaurant without olive oil. Considering almost R$ 50.00 (with mineral water), I found the service to be of very low quality. Thank you.

A higienização dos quartos considerando este momento de está muito boa. Me sinto mais seguro. Em relação ao café da manhã muito bom. E os funcionários sempre corteses as minhas necessidades (recepção, limpeza, restaurante, ...) Estive em outro hotel e preferi trocar pelo Confort. Recomendo.

Café da manhã muito bom, cama confortável, boa localização. Mas o acesso à internet era impossível, instável e não era possível navegar em qualquer pagina.

Very good Hotel! The rooms, restaurant and service are great! The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The gym is good. There is a mini mall just in front of the hotel. In the neighborhood are drugstores and many shops.

Muito bom o hotel e serviço. Café da manhã excelente. Só não gostei de uma vaga da garagem do subsolo....

Hotel bem mediano. Quarto novo, limpo. Academia seria melhor dizer que nao tem pois eh ridicula!!

Muito boa e tranquila

Foi minha segunda vez no hotel. Com certeza, não retornarei numa próxima visita a trabalho a Campos. O hotel fica numa rua extremamente movimentada e não há nos quartos janelas anti ruido. Dormir foi um inferno. Como precisava acordar cedo para trabalho e descansar bem à noite, foi muito difícil. Cheguei a trocar de quarto na tentativa de uma melhor acústica, mas não funcionou. O hotel traz acomodações confortáveis e com bom tamanho, mas para quem vai a trabalho e precisa de uma boa noite de sono, não recomendo.
