Nice & delicious breakfast spread out. Good personal care by all the waiters to serve us piping hot food. Good advice by Adalat & Zail for the dinner menu & sightseeing at Girnar. Thanks to the GM of Taj Gir Serai -Rajeev Chandran for helping us for the safari and receptionist (Asim Maity). Highly recommended stay. This place is just 2 mins from the safari booking. Beautifully nestled inside the forest. Feels like a homestay for relaxation. All the staff were extremely warm and polite.

Sumi Rai from the spa. She needs to be warm and not mechanical.

Location

One wing needs total revamp and should not be given out till fully revamped. We were shifted to the renovated wing after we complained about the bathroom condition. Our other family members who were in the old wing had to call maintainence team midnight due to stench from the bathroom. The Taj Brand will take a beating if these issues are not attended.

The location is pretty good, right inside the jungle.Food was simple but good.

Property is not maintained to Taj standards. The area is not clean. The gym is a small room with lizards roaming in. Pool also is not very clean. Room and property decor left a lot to be desired.

Rooms were clean spacious Staff was very good helpfull location is near to the sanctury Food was very good

Rooms were having some stinky smell. Though they were very very clean Complimentary breakfast could have been better than what served
