Emplacement parfait. Piscine très agréable

La fenêtre de notre chambre était cassée et donc on entendait fort les clim de la petite cour

Lo más destacable fue la ubicación, sin duda.

El personal muy apático, las habitaciones sucias, mi aire acondicionado ni siquiera funcionaba, eso sí, me lo resolvieron cambiándome la habitación apenas hice el reporte.

"Will definitely book again when visiting Merida."

Location is superb.

It's an older building but well maintained. It was clean and the room was comfortable, facilities are all good, excellent internet, no complaints whatsoever. However, if you're looking for a new modern type of hotel this won't fit the bill.

"Estancia en Hotel Reforma."

La ubicación, muy cerca de la Plaza Grande y restaurantes. A pocos pasos encuentras tiendas de souvenirs, boutique. Tienen convenio con el estacionamiento de enfrente.

El Internet no llegaba muy bien a la habitación. Pero por la ubicación y precio, estuvo todo bien.
