Euro Hotel

I recently stayed at the Euro Hotel in Pisa for 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel looks very good from the outside, and the parking area next to the hotel felt safe and convenient. The reception area and entrance were clean, welcoming, and well maintained. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The beds were very comfortable, and we did not experience any noise from other rooms. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly both in the room and in the reception area. There was also a comfortable seating area in reception where guests could relax. What impressed me most was the excellent customer service. We were leaving at 3:00 AM for an 11-hour drive home. Without us even asking, the receptionist prepared a packed breakfast for us to take on our journey. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated and showed genuine care for the guests. I would like to thank the receptionist for going above and beyond. Small acts like this make a big difference and are the reason why I would happily return to this hotel in the future. Highly recommended.

I’m more used to a full English breakfast with things like fried eggs, bacon, and hash browns, so the breakfast at the hotel felt a bit different for me. Because of that, I found myself sometimes going into town or having an early lunch instead. I guess when you go on holiday you do look forward to breakfast as part of the experience, so this was a small downside for me personally.

Alle 7.30 del mattino il personale delle pulizie mi è entrato in camera aprendo ovviamente con la loro chiave e in più quello che non mi è piaciuto per niente e’ la pulizia, tantissima polvere e arredo del bagno non pulito adeguatamente e nota molto dolente box doccia rialzato di 30cm non a norma non solo per le persone disabili.. male male perché per la posizione in cui si trovano potrebbero fare molto di più.
