Property is very attractive with rich history and overall apearance is kept to reflect it. It's a popular location for weddings and efficiencies which could be a deal breaker for those who'd like peace and quite. Staff couldn't be any nicer. Very friendly and always willing to help.

Exceklent hotel and staff. However, we booked two double rooms for a business trip but got two small twin singles with very small beds and pillows like rocks.

Great staff and pleasant stay overall. You can't beat the price/quality ratio. The issues were excessive heating of the room (I had to sleep with a window open in winter) and poor wifi reception. Cheaper rooms are small (think Paris). If you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night, there will almost surely be an event, which can get pretty loud. Ask for a quiet room. Sariyer is quiet and uneventful, but a few good fish/seafood restaurants available.

"Avoid like the plague "

Stayed at this hotel and was made to feel like we were in the way as it’s used all week as a wedding venue so stuck us in a tiny room above all the noise this ment we had no sleep all week with loud music till midnight each night We did ask to be moved but we’re just egnored, But the worst part was when we came to check out We had pre paid via Hotels.com And they tried to make us pay again at 4am and held us there until we could get Hotels.com to sort the problem we nearly missed our plane The guy on reception was arrogant and very rude would not listen or read my reciept paperwork to prove we had paid and didn’t even apologise when he was proved wrong So my advice is do not book this hotel
