Fuat Paşa Oteli

Her şey güzeldi. Sadece odamızda çok sıcaktı pencereyi açtığımıza rağmen hiç faydası olmadı. Havalandırma sıkıntısı var. Klima çalışmıyordu , resepsiyona söyledik.

Otelin konumu çok güzel. Servis , personel ilgisi ve çözüm odaklı oluşu çok memnuniyet verici. Temizlik olarak çok iyi. Oteli tercih nedenlerimizden en önemlisi , sakin bir lokasyonda olmasıydı , ancak yan binada Büyükşehir Belediyesinin açmış olduğu mekanın gürültüsü sabah yedide başlayıp gece bire ikiye kadar sürüyor. Çok fazla yüksek sesle müzik çalıyor ve insan gürültüsü oluyor.

Oda ve banyo küçük restorant servisi çok kötü kahvaltısı çok kötü personel ilgisiz

Her konuda cok memnun kaldigimiz bir tatil oldu, personeller ve hizmet cok iyiydi. Sahaneydi yalida konaklamak :)

Otel temizdi fakat aşırı sıcak ve camlar orta alana açılıyor soğutma kliması yoktu.

Resepsiyonda arkadaşlar ilgili idi , otel konforlu temizdi, memnun kaldık

The room was bigger than the one we stayed at the beginning of our week, but still not large enough.

Whereas the property was fine, the room we were given was not fit for two people. It hardly had room to turn around, with no place to lay one's suitcase flat. It should have been a closet instead of a double room.

It seems like the hotel is going through some management related issues. When we arrived, they gave us a wrong room. Later, they gave us a different one but the room smelled as if someone just smoked in the room. We realized people smoke in the rooms even though it's prohibited after questioning. They finally gave us a room that we could stay after the third time. The room quality is below the quality of what you would expect for the price you are paying. Room floor was dirty. They have to remodel the bathroom. It's a challenge to take a shower in the bathroom. The hotel only sells the view but nothing else. I would not stay in this hotel once again and I would not recommend anybody to stay here.
