Ottima posizione in centro ad un gradevole paesino, dove regna il silezio. Ottimo ristorante con prodotti tipici, la maggior parte fatti in casa. La padrona di casa è una eccellente cuoca, una persona molto piacevole con cui si dialoga gradevolmente. Da tenere in considerazione per viaggi futuri in Toscana.

What an amazing surprise! The town had so much history that I even called my daughter and sent her pics to see if we could shoot a video/movie there. The owners were an amazing couple who did everything they could to make us feel welcome. The dining experience was very high end with a menu that would make any foodie truly happy. They make everything on the premises, from bread to pasta to deserts. I truly recommend it. Only issue was that we reserved late on the app and the hotel did not get notice of our reservation till a while after, thus gave the nice room to a baiker passing by on his own so our room did not have the incredible view nor was as large as other rooms. Make sure you book early!!!!

Diese kleine Ort in nergendwo ist einmalig und sehr schön, kann ich nur weiter empfehlen, sehr ruhig, mann fühlt sich hier wie in Zeit zurück ersetzt....

Vey nice place to stay. 30 minutes walk to the center of Siena. Coop supermarket at 100 meters. Excellent breakfast and swimming pool. Unfortunately noisy rooms if other guest don't care and wear wrong shoes and speak (too) loud. Very near to the train station.

Situato in una location fantastica, offre un ottimo punto di partenza per scoprire la Val di Chiana. Ottima qualità anche del servizio ristorante. Il tutto ad un prezzo corretto.

Civitella in Val di Chiana ist ein wunderschöner kleiner Ort in erhöhter Position. In dem Ort und besonders um die Burg herum sind zahlreiche moderne Skulpturen aufgestellt. Ein kleines Museum berichtet über die Hinrichtung aller erwachsenen Männer des Ortes am 29.7.44. Die junge Wirtin hat für mich als einzigen Gast hervorragend gekocht. Die Zimmer sind einfach und ohne besonderen Konfort aber ordentlich und sauber.

A quick stay but fantastic - the village is peaceful & beautiful. The hotel is lovely with incredible views of the surrounding region from the rooms. Maria is a wonderful hostess who makes the most amazing Italian cakes for breakfast - Crostini, Ricotta with chocoalte & Apple tartin - delicious!
