Nice, clean hotel. The luggage storage is convenient. No issues except the hotels.com listing says they have laundry but the staff said they don’t.

About a 15-20 minute walk to the center. When booking it said that the hotel is smoke-free, but it's very obvious when going up the stairs that people smoke there due to the very strong smell of smoke.

"Séjour d'affaire correct"

L'hôtel est bien situé pour aller au centre des congrès entre 10 et 20 minutes selon l'entrée. La rue est relativement calme mais l'insonorisation du couloir est moyenne. En revanche aucun bruit d'eau le matin. Le lavabo n'était pas dans la salle d'eau mais dans la chambre. Deux gros inconvénients, pas d'escalier pour monter et pas de petit déjeuner.

"Shockingly BAD!!"

My family refused to stay in this hotel, as after booking we realised it appeared to be an asylum hotel and parking did not appear to be safe, cancelled booking and still got charged - TOTAL RIPOFF!!

Älteres Hotel in direkter Lage zur Kölnarena mit einfachem Online Check in. Sauberes recht geräumiges Zimmer mit Waschbecken im Zimmer und Bad und Toilette getrennt. Der Bettrahmen ist was gewöhnungsbedürftig gewesen.
