Great location, we loved the spa area/robes/slippers, and fireplace on tv screen saver. Cozy, comfortable, clean room.

The hotel was fantastic from the breakfast, location, view of the Matterhorn, the afternoon tea break, the spa, outdoor pool, the ease to rent skis downstairs. Highly recommend if coming to Zermatt
