The reception is open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. . For arrivals from Friday to Sunday, payment will be charged on Friday afternoon. Payment by Checks Vacances holiday vouchers is accepted and can be made during reception opening hours. For arrivals from Friday to Sunday, payment by Checks Vacances holiday vouchers will have to be sent at least 1 week before arrival. If guests don't empty the bins and clean the kitchen upon departure, the property will charge a EUR 30 extra fee. Breakfast is served from Monday to Friday. There is no service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Please note that additional parking fees may apply for trailers and minibuses. Breakfast on weekends will only be offered in the form of a basket. It will be available in relation to the arrival dates. It will include everything that is offered from Monday to Friday except pastries and dairyPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

This property is spacious clean, and is located very close to old town almost walking distance!

There wasn’t any hand soap in the bathrooms! The kitchen doesn’t have that much appliances and other needed stuff!

Établissement proche du lac d’Annecy Proche de tout, 20 minutes à pieds. Établissement calme, appartement propre

Un peu de bruit les fenêtres ouvertes car proche d’une route très fréquentée. Situé dans une zone commerciale, mais fenêtres fermées, c’était calme.

Literie confortable (matelas, même le canapé lit, couettes, oreillers) Draps / serviettes propres Nécessaire de cuisine correct (avec liquide vaisselle, éponge, torchon) Lumineux et plutôt spacieux Personnel disponible et accueillant Beaucoup de rangements (sauf salle de bain) Balcon agréable (mais beaucoup de vis a vis)

Emplacement (endroit moche et mal fréquenté) Bruyant : tonte des pelouses autour de l’hôtel (parking…) des 8h et des personnes font la fête et mettent de la musique jusqu’à plus de minuit Bâtiment et chambres très vieillots : murs / sols / meubles abîmés / sales de part l’ancienneté Manque sèche cheveux dans salle de bain
