The owner appears to be extremely greedy. I was charged for an extra bed in my paid-for room, as well as for using the kitchen. I will not recommend it to anyone. Alternatively, get everything written.

Very nice place, silent and wonderful

The pool is lovely and was pretty quiet when we stayed. We had a room with a private patio / terrace, which was a little dated, but clean and quiet. Location was great if you've got a car and nice to escape the crowds of Ostuni.

Lots of mosquitos, but I know that I cant be helped.

we made our own breakfast in our kitchen. grocery store was conveniently located in nearby town.

some clarity about where to leave keys or what to do with them when we were leaving. but it worked out and hostess was most gracious

Ideally located for the ferry from Italy to greece.

Quite, secure, amazing building with all you need

Its so lovely and relaxing that it made you feel like its your home.

- 5 minutes drive from Carovigno - swimming pool is very appreciated

some small work to be done in the bathroom (part of the shower screen is missing) and a new hand shower would be a plus

The Location was great and the pool was very clean.

The first room we got was very musty so we got switched to another one. That was ok, but very dark and cold. There weren't to much equipments in the kitchen. There was only lukewarm water in the shower sometimes only cold. Luckily we did not spend to much time in the facility but still it was a disapointment. I would not return to this Villa.

Good for parking and very quiet. Host was very good. Accommodation was good and easily accessible-our apartment had everything required and we cooked our own meals.

It takes a few minutes for hot water to come through.
