Relativ kleines Zimmer, wenn man für mehr als nur eine Nacht bleibt; Dusche nichts für korpulente Gäste; Treppe ohne Aufzug

I just had the most wonderful time at this bed and breakfast. Greta was the sweetest host I’ve ever had, and it was so appreciated as a solo traveler. This was my very last stay in Ireland, the last leg of my trip after staying in a shared Airb&b in Dublin and a hostel in Galway and I was immediately greeted by Greta who gave me extra water and showed me to the privacy of a peaceful one bedroom with Mountain View’s! The breakfast in the morning was *absolutely amazing*, and it genuinely felt like I was eating at grandma’s house, not some hotel or restaurant. She filled up my water bottle before I went hiking for the day with the cleanest, freshest tasting water which she said came from the Killarney mountain and gave helpful input about my plans. The morning I left, she gave me a to go breakfast with my favorite fruit and yogurt and filled my bottle again. I just could not have felt safer, cleaner, and more cared for than I did staying in this b&b. And as a solo female traveler being so far from home- that meant the world to me. I hope to be back one day!

It was very warm in my bedroom, but Ireland was literally in a heat wave the few days I was there which is very abnormal for the country. And Greta thoughtfully had a fan and thick blackout curtains in the bedroom which helped tremendously.

The rooms were well equipped and clean. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely come back. What I liked was that there was a refrigerator available for all guests, so it was possible to store some food and keep drinks cold.

Nothing to complain about.

Sehr nette, freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin. Ein sehr gutes und leckeres Frühstück. Das Zentrum der Stadt ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Great location! Easy to walk to into town. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Greta and her husband have been in the B&B business for decades and were excellent hosts. Breakfast was delicious!
