"Superb"

The apartment is super nice, well-equipped, very clean with a nice balcony and pool. The location is good since it is quite and nice, although you will need a car to go to the beach or to a place with more option for food.

The apartament it's all new and spotless .In the kitchen area you have all you need if you like to cook 🍳 😋, a brand new Owen that works excellent, big fridge. Great wiewing to rhe pool and lot sun during the day ,the apartament it's very quiet 🤫 so yiu can relax and enjoy you holidays. Big bathroom with nice strong shower and big mirror. Alfredo the host was very helpful and kind . For sure I'll be back to enjoy my holidays in this nice ,quiet residential apartaments

Incredible property!, so spacious and clean! Balcony is beautiful & pool is kept very well maintained. Owner is an exceptional host too, always there to help :) thank you would stay here again and again

The kitchen was well equipped, the terrace had a nice view on the swimming pool, the apartment was very clean, the position is convenient to visit Maspalomas area

there are some reserved parking slots but we never found one available (although it was still possible to easily park on the street), the swimming pool was cold and not really usable, there were only 2 chairs and we were 2 adults and a child

The apartment was great, perfectly clean, renovated and well equipped. The area and the pool are relaxing and silent. The terrace is lovable. Recommended!
