"Beklentilerimizin Altında Kaldı"

Otelde 3 gece kaldık ama maalesef beklentilerimizi karşılamadı. Fotoğraflarla otelin gerçek hali çok farklıydı. Konumu merkezi ve otopark imkânı avantajdı. Havuz büyüktü ve güzeldi. Oda yeterince temiz değildi, buzdolabı kirliydi. Sadece çift kişilik yatak istememize rağmen küçük odaya fazladan tek kişilik yatak da konmuştu. Oda çok sıkışıktı. Personel güler yüzlüydü ama fazlası yoktu. Kahvaltının çeşitliliği fena değildi, ancak ürünlerin kalitesi çok düşüktü. Karton bardakta içecek verilmesi otel değil piknik havası veriyordu. Genel olarak memnun kalmadık.

fotoğraf ve yorumlara bakarak geldim fakat yanıldım.kahvaltısı evet iyi fakat yetersiz içecek servisi ,aşçısı gayet saygılı yardımcı ,havuz bölümü fena değil temiz .verdikleri oda berbat ötesi , heryer pis , WC ve düşün giderleri tıkalı ,duşta resmen sular dışarı taşıyor , genel ambiyans çevresi bakımsız ,burası bir pansiyon asla otel değil gördüğümüz kadarı ile,oda diye çalışanların kaldıgı yeri verdiler çünkü o konfordaydı , mini buzdolabı çalışmıyor ,duvarlar ses geçiriyor daha bi çok şey ,resepsiyondaki hanım gayet tatlı ve saygılıydı aynı zaman da bardaki çalışanlarda onun dışında asla memnun kalmadık genel olarak tavsiye etmiyoruz .

had a fantastic stay at the Costa Maya Hotel. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. The pool was clean and relaxing—perfect for cooling off and unwinding. Special thanks to Gina, who really made my experience memorable with her warm and attentive service. She also helped arrange a boat tour that ended up being a real highlight of the trip—super enjoyable and very affordable. I also enjoyed a few cocktails during my stay—they were well made and added to the relaxing vibe. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Costa Maya!

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve kibardı. Otel çok güzel ve temizliği de çok iyiydi. Havuz olması ayrıca güzeldi. Açık büfe kahvaltısı da taze ve güzeldi. Kafamı dinlediğim bir yerdi ve tekrar gitmek istediğim bir otel oldu.

Otelin konumu merkeze çok yakın , hizmeti , çalışanların güler yüzlü ilgili olması , yiyeceklerin lezzeti , dekorasyonu kısaca her şeyinden memnun kaldık . Tekrar Bodrum’a gelecek olsam yine burayı tercih ederim. Her şey için teşekkürler..
