Olive Tree Cottages

In unserer Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden was ein Mensch braucht. Nette Vermieter, die immer ansprechbar waren. Schöner Balkon und einer kleinen Terrasse. Die Räumlichkeiten wurden regelmäßig gereinigt. Zum Meer waren es nur 3 Minuten Fussweg. Die kleine Stadt Paleochora war gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Sehr ruhig. Zum Entspannen genau das Richtige. Diese Unterkunft würden wir jederzeit wieder nehmen.

pochi cottage immersi nella pace di un uliveto! su due livelli! quindi 2 bagni 2 terrazzini. sopra zona notte. sotto zona giorno con piccolo giardinetto in totale privacy, tv con i canali di tutti i paesi possibili, cucinotto, bagno, divano etc. proprietari gentilissimi. ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Hotel 1,4 km von Paleochora, es ist daher besser, motorisiert zu sein ( ein Fahrrad ist auch gut). Nah an Stränden, Wanderungen, Tavernen, gute und ruhige Lage, um diese geniale Region zu entdecken! Der Garten ist sehr schön, hat viele Schattenecken. Die Besitzerin war immer bemüht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Meerblick vom Balkon aus. Ein einziges Manko: durch den Holzboden wird jede Bewegung innerhalb der Wohnung gehört!

Lovely welcome - owner offered us lemons from her garden plus a litre of wine. It is in a beautiful setting - the owner takes great pride in her garden which is very colourful. Fairly basic 2 floor accommodation with air con, it had a beautiful ground floor terrace plus large first floor terrace with views of the sea and two shower rooms - one on ground floor and the other just off the bedroom. You may struggle if you are planning on eating all meals here but there are two hotplates plus small oven so all the facilities are available. The rating is mainly due to the cost which is extremely reasonable if you book early enough. The accommodation was slightly too far outside of Paleochora for us to feel comfortable to walk in in July heat but property is reasonably close to Camping site and we drove plenty of others walking in. There are also two attractive beaches close by but they entail a fairly long walk or min of 10 min car ride along a dust track (takes so long as it is difficult to go fast) but Sandy Beach has a lot of trees for shade, umbrellas and sunbeds available for hire - plus decent cantina and WC and bizarrely a full on site Spa. There is a nude sunbathing area at the far end of the beach.

11 dage, med hygge, vandre ture, svømme og snorkling samt fine lokale spisesteder (meget alm. græsk mad - ikke international standart) passende prisniveau, og græske venlighed. Ikke mange turister.

Ein wunderschön gelegenes Haus mit herrlichem Garten, tollem Balkon und Terrasse und sehr freundliche Besitzer! Nur zu empfehlen

judt come back from 10 days stay at Olive Tree Cottages. the upstairs south facing bedroom balcony gave us a gorgeous view over olive trees to the sea and sky a lovely place for breakfast or an evering drink. comfortable well equipped accommodation friendly and helpful hosts who welcomed us with some of their delicious home made rose wine and olive oil, lovely well tended gardens the tinkling of goat bells a cockerell and cicadas the only sounds. all in all a great place to be. Convenienly located 100m from nearest beach, half way between the town and the superb beach at gialiskari, around 2 km each way, so a manageable walk or an easy drive or bike ride. highly recommended.

Very nice place. Ideal to be close to the beach in a very calm area. The cottage is very well arranged. Lot of flowers. Little paradise. Welcoming owner. Not too far to the village even walking. I had a wonderfull time there. Will enjoy to go back there if another stay in Paleochora.

Grande accoglienza da parte di Georgia, la proprietaria. Bel posto, appartato ma a due passi da Paleochora. Consigliatissimo, unico warning: non fidatevi della mappa google, per trovarlo seguite le indicazioni del Camping Paleochora e, lasciando alle spalle il paese, dopo 600 m vedete le indicazioni

Le jardin est très beau et le lieu un peu éloigné du centre ce qui garantit le calme. Il y a une plage pas très loin. Les appartements sont grands avec terasse et balcon agréables. Le confort des appartements est un peu désuet ( notamment la salle de bain ). C'est un très bon lieu de séjour. La patronne est très accueillante et très gentille. On peut y retourner sans hésiter.
