"Résidence calme avec belle vue mer."

Nous avons trouvé le studio bien équipé, propre et lumineux. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse avec vue sur la piscine et la mer. Le personnel est souriant et très serviable. Très bon accueil. Bonne expérience.

"Petite résidence bien sympathique"

2ème séjour (après mars 2012) dans cette résidence bien tenue. Même logement (n° 7), spacieux,confortable, bien situé et très bien équipé. Personnel particulièrement affable et serviable. Belle piscine à débordement. Avons profité du BAR B Q en dur pour griller la livraison du pêcheur local. Site bien sécurisé et surveillé en permanence. Points à améliorer : littoral au droit de la résidence (trop de déchets, déjà dit en 2012) et malheureusement, un voisin a " investi " dans un antivol à poils et 4 pattes qui aboie trop souvent...

"Excellent"

Really helpful staff , from the reception to the cleaner , swiming pool,always clean in the morning . Might be issue with surrounding loud neighbour , but it was ok . Only negative point is the smell of the towels not dried properly.

Hienolla paikalla aivan rannassa. Huoneet perussiistejä. Ravintolat ja kaupat n.5km päässä Grand bayssa, bussi kulkee vierestä ja maksaa n. 0,5€. Taksilla 7,5€.

"Great location"

We had a wonderful holiday, perfectly located. Close to local bus stop, Grand bay only a few minutes away. Pick 'n Pay Mont Choisy very well stocked and only about 15 min taxi ride away. The local beach is about 200 meters walking distance away but we made use of the ocean right infront of the villas great snorkling make sure to take along water shoes. The hotel about 100 meters away from the villas have entertainment in the evenings and a lovely bar / lounge area. We will most definitely be returning to Beach Villas.

"Schöne Häuser, leider innen teilweise ungepflegt"

Schöne Wohneinheiten, relativ dicht am Meer. Haus 1-3 mit direktem Meerblick. Häuser sehr großzügig und ausreichend ausgestattet. 4-5 Personen keine Problem. Pool der täglich gereinigt wird. Öffentlicher Strand zum Baden im Meer fussläufig in ca. 10 min erreichbar. Nachts Sicherheitspersonal. Umgebung zum Hotel sehr ruhig, Restaurants leer. Keine Bar/Kneipe bzw. leer. (Reisezeit November). Leider wird nur sehr oberflächlich und lieblos gereinigt (speziell Küche/Toiletten). Alle Küchenschränke mit unangenehmen Geruch und teilweise voller Überbleibsel von Gecko´s und Kakerlaken (lange nicht gereinigt). Das sollte bei täglicher Reinigung nicht passieren. Auf Anfrage wird Chemie gegen vorhandene Kakerlaken in den Zimmern eingesetzt. Schöne Häuser in einem leider teilweise ungepflegten Zustand (innen, aussen sehr gepflegt). Haben direkt danach eine kostengünstigere Ferienwohnung gemietet, die in einem deutlich besseren (sauberen) Zustand war.

"Bra basläger. Tillgång till bil nästan nödvändig."

I huvudsak ostört läge förutom ett bygge på en granntomt. Mycket lungt - få gäster då vi var där. Vakt på plats under dygnets mörka timmar. Stora ytor i villan som vi hyrde. De något billigare rummen, studio, var betydligt mindre och rekommenderas inte. Markeringen på Google kartan och beskrivningen av hotellets läge under Hotels.com är helt fel, ca 3 km för långt norrut.
