"Excellent"

Met at check in by staff member who was nice. Room was big but we heard a noise early in the morning hour around 6am sounded like an ice machine being used over and over again. It took an hour for the sound to go away.

The room was really nice and clean. The food was good. But outside ruins it. The grass was so high my dog wouldn’t even use the bathroom on it. There was trash everywhere. The dog station had no poop bags and hasn’t been emptied in forever.

The staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. We interacted with the front desk, cleaning and kitchen staff. Every single person was extremely helpful, curteous and kind. The physical location of the facility wasn't great but the staff made all the difference in the world.

Security lighting in the parking lot could be much improved. The motel next door was pretty sketchy and I was worried about our vehicle being vandalized.
