All rooms include a mini-bar that is stocked with free drinks on arrival. Replacement drinks are provided at an additional charge. There is compulsory New Year's dinner on 31 December which is not included in the rate and has to be paid at the Resort. Please note, all other restaurants will be closed on those evenings. Please note guests are required to show a photo ID and the credit card used to make the booking upon check-in. Failure to produce the original card at check-in will result in full payment being charged to an available credit card at check-in and the initial booking deposit will be refunded to the original card. A Dine Around Credit of EUR 40 per person per day for dinner (food only) is applicable to half board bookings only. Это полное дно ! Самый ужасный отдых что был за мою жизнь

Все !! Пляж -его нет , точнее он есть но в нем купаться не возможно ! Камни , кораллы ! Сервис -его нет Отель тянет на 1 звезду ! Если ты на пляже заказал кокос и тебе его принесли на лежак , то в случае если ты не оплатил и отошел купаться , то за тобой бежит с терминалом официант, вдруг ты уплыаешь! В номерах сыро , воняет и не убирают , пока ты не позвонишь на ресепшн. Завтрак -хуже некуда , один вид сосисок и яйцо с рыбой куском ! Ужин и цены в ресторане выше чем в отеле Four Seasons, а выбора ноль Мы вынуждены были выехать досрочно с отеля так как наш отдых был испорчен полностью Семья отравилась сильно так как еда пропавшая Нас обманули при заселении , так как ранее обговорили в букинг цену за ранее заселение 430 евро , а в итоге сняли 560 евро Цена проживания в этом отеле завязана явно в 10 раз ! Потолок за такой отель -50 евро , а не 680 евро сутки Самое стремное , что утром они запускают на территорию чернокожих по дей пас и те человек 50 занимали все несчастные лежаки у пляжа и люди с отеля вынуждены сидеть на песку ! Фуууу Это ужас ! Люди, читайте отзывы и смотрите обзоры , этот отель испортит вам все впечатления о Сейшелах

Reception is nice, restaurants are ok in the hotel.

Outdated, needs refurbishing. Does not feel like a 5 star Kempinski experience. Prices at the hotel too expensive. As well, we asked for a bit later checkout which could not be accommodated in half empty resort. Overall not worth the money.

Good size rooms, beautiful quiet beach

Lack of separation from kids and adults pool, its very loud with all the kids screaming Very limited food and beverage offer. Although they claim to have 3 outlets there isn't great choices. Its a 5* property running 4* service. Windsong restaurant was clearly understaffed and we had to wait long time for table to be attend, drinks and food. Having said that staff did their absolute best to provide us with best service they could so only management is here to blame.
