It was very bad experience for me to stay at Mission Hill Dongguan hotel. They can't find my booking even I showed them the hotel confirmation from hotels.com. I wait for 2 hours but the hotel can't help me. I need to call IDD to hotels.com in HK by myself. I never have such bad experience in my life. In addition, I wonder my booking was included breakfast. When I booked the hotel from the hotels.com, I can't find if I can aminclude breakfast. In Mission hill resort hotel, where the guest can get the breakfast? There is no choice but hotel only. When I booked the hotel, it should pop up a reminder to remind me. Anyway, it was a very very bad experience.

"Great hotel, but air pollution doesn't help"

An excellent hotel; but poor neighboring areas with much land and air pollution. Would be great if one just stays in and enjoy the hotel. But food is expensive inside, which is understandable for a five-star hotel.
