"Don't get what u pay for "

Well booked a room with a kitchen when I arrived and checked in went to my room and saw it didn't have a kitchen went back to the front desk to tell the woman that I had booked a room with a kitchen she said that I had booked just a regular room even though my Hotels.com app clearly showed I had booked a room with a kitchen she was very rude about it will never stay there again

When Expedia messed up my check in and out dates the manager went above and beyond to get this corrected for me. As the owner of 3 business she is definitely a prized employee.

Room smelled strong a “skunk” marijuana on arrival. Unable to change rooms because hotel booked out for local event. I notified the front desk on arrival. We had to leave the front door open for about 30 minutes then spray room with air freshener to overcome the smell. Room still smelled bad on day two. Also be aware of the load train that passes by frequently.

"Poorly cleaned"

The front desk was nice but when we checked into our room the mirror had toothpaste stains all over it, there was 2 handprints on the door, trash and clothes tag in the floor and 2 swisher sweet cigars by the bed. Also had a oatmeal pie wrapping behind the nightstand. The lamp had stains all over it. The next day our the housekeepers replaced the towels and made our bed but did not clean the mirror or vacuum.

"Great for a quick stopover"

The place has a few issues on the interior: the AC leaked, there was dust, the peep hole was broken. But the staff were super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. They had cable TV. The free parking lot was large for trucks/trailers. The place was safe. The shower was hot. It was perfect for a quick stopover. I would stay again.
