Good location, clean comfortable, decent breakfast

Everything was clean, the location was not crowded.

Overpriced for what you get. The Shower was a tub/shower combo unit. Not sure why these still exist in mid to higher priced rooms. The breakfast left alot to be desired, and was not staffed properly. The OJ machine ran out during breakfast, I asked if it could be refilled. The woman at the desk said sure I'll get someone on it. She asked a man to refill the machine, what neither of them realized was I overheard their conversation. The man said it's kinda late into breakfast I don't think we need to do that. The woman came back around the corner and told me they were working on it. Knowing they had no plans at all to refill the machine. If you don't want to refill it, say that or simply we are out of OJ at the moment. Either would have been fine. Don't lie and say they are working on it when you know better.

The staff were EXCEPTIONALLY friendly and helpful with a touch of humor, which was nice! They were accommodating and helpful with sightseeing opportunities in the area. One staff member even brought me a bottle of water when I was exercising one morning! Such a friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect 👌 healthy options, hot and cold, as well as neat, clean, and organized eating areas. Nice clean pool and pool area.

Just one suggestion.... an oscillating fan in the exercise room would be a great addition.

We stayed in the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Nashville Airport for five nights in April 2026. The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes from the airport. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The pool was really nice and was only crowded over the weekend. They have some board games you can borrow, which was fun. The only very minor downside to the hotel is that because it is so close to the airport, there's lots of noisy air traffic overhead. But this wasn't much of a problem for us and the pros very much outweighed this con! The real highlight of this hotel is the amazing staff. We had some difficulty checking in when we got there, and they were extremely helpful, kind, and supportive. Staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. The shining star of TownePlace Suites by Marriott Nashville Airport - and the part of the hotel experience that we remember most fondly - is Ms. Peggy, who works the night shift a few nights per week. Her kindness, true passion for her job, and compassion for others are incredible. She makes homemade cookies for guests of the hotel, and they are absolutely incredible (try the oatmeal raisin!)! When Ms. Peggy learned that we love biscuits and gravy but wouldn't be there on biscuit-and-gravy-breakfast day, she changed the day for us. What a special treat to have real southern biscuits and gravy from the most thoughtful woman in Tennessee! Our experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. Stay for the great location, the amenities, and primarily for Ms. Peggy!
