TownePlace Suites by Marriott Nashville Airport

staff was nice and friendly; the breakfasts was good always had a variety to choose from overall everything was awesome family and i enjoyed our stay only thing i regret it was too short.lol also how can i forget those complimentary cookies made by Ms. Peggy those were delicious wish i could've taking some with me back to the Bahamas...

The hotel mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable—they really need an upgrade.

We have had a great stay here! There was a mix up with my reservation and the ladies at the front desk were very accommodating as well as the hotels.com representative that assisted me. It's quiet, the rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. I didn't really eat the breakfast but my husband had oatmeal. It was the basic breakfast choices but a decent variety.

My first visit to Nashville was great, but my stay at the TownePlace Suites (Nashville airport) was better. The first bit of greatness came from my call to the hotel from the airport. Artrena politely answered the phone with a warm and welcoming personality. She said she'd alert the shuttle driver and he'd be there in 15 minutes. Well, 12 minutes passed and the van pulled up. I got in the van, introduced myself to the driver and to my surprise it was Artrena again. I asked, "Do you work the front desk, answer phones and drive the shuttle?' She modestly answered," When duty calls, I must be available." It doesn't end there. After I checked into my room, I was walking towards the elevator and guess who was walking towards me with room service trays??? It was Artrena!! I asked her, "Is there anything that you don't do at this hotel?" Again she answered, "Duty called." She's the epitome of a renaissance woman and undoubtedly belongs in management. I thought she had been with the company for many years, but it's only been a few months. I was thoroughly impressed with Artrena's work ethic and dedication. I hereby cast my ballot for Artrena's promotion to management, as well as Employee of the Year!

I would like to give acknowledgement to two exceptional employees that have been very warm and welcoming to me since my arrival here at the TownePlace Suites Nashville Airport. Artrena, and Peggy, are both front desk attendants that greet me often with a friendly smile. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty whenever I ask them for assistance with anything such as towels and toiletries, and having my room cleaned. Whenever I have talked to the both of them, they have provided me with much information about places to go and see while being deployed here in Nashville. I really appreciate their warm, friendly, and professional attitudes. TownePlace Suites really have two special employees working for their establishment and should feel honor to have them representing their company. Their service makes it worth my while to continues patronizing this hotel chain.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean not to mention the hotel staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay again. I think the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. My husband also agrees.

In for a quick business trip to the Music City. And our stay at Towne Place Suites by Marriott near the airport did not disappoint. Very conveniently situated near the airport and interstate, yet still close enough for an uber trip into all of the major sites in the city. The suite was very clean and large enough to accommodate my two guests and myself. The relaxing porch outside provided an outdoor spot to meet when the summer air cooled down. Plenty of restaurants nearby the hotel (<10mins). And finally checking out and headed to our next appointments, whether by interstate or plane is just 5-10mins access. The bathroom split from the sink & vanity is smart but wish it was a little less clustered.

The staff here is great!! Close to pretty much everything. Comfortable, clean rooms!!
