Personel ilgi ve alakası çok iyiydi. Otel temiz ve konforluydu. Genel olarak memnun kaldık ancak birkaç eksiklik olduğunu düşünüyorum. Sauna ve fitness alanlarında su sebili olmaması, ortak havuzunsıcak termal olmaması, sıcak termale ancak erkek ve kadın şeklindeayrı girilebiliyor. Tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı, yemek çeşidi az ama lezzetli.Ilık ortak havuzun açık kısmı çok keyifli. Yeniden gitmeyi düşünür ve tavsiye de ederim

Konaklama sırasında aile banyolarını kullandık, mekanlar temiz ve düzenliydi. Spa hizmeti oldukça başarılıydı. Bali masajını öneririz. Yemek salonunun kapasitesi yetersizdi, bu yüzden yemekler biraz bunaltıcı geçti.

Çok güzel bir aile oteli. Çocuk havuzunda ve su kaydırağında çok eğlendik. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi, özellikle Merve hanım bizimle çok ilgilendi. Yemekler lezzetliydi, et çeşitleri boldu. Temizlik yönünden de bir olumsuzluk görmedik. Çocuk oyun alanındaki personel de çok ilgiliydi, çocuklar gitmek için can atıyordu. Çok rahat ettik. B.S.

Genel anlamda guzel bir otel, havuzlari, sicak su alanlari, yemekleri guzel. Calisanlar yardimci olmak icin ellerinden geleni yapiyorlar. Ama belirtmek istedigim tek bir husus var o da ailelerin kullanimina acilan havuza 4 yasindan kucuk cocugunuzla birlikte, cocugunuz surekli yaninizda olsa bile girememeniz. Hemen yaniniza can kurturan tshirtli arkadaslarin gelip sizi cocuk havuzuna yonlendirmesi. Bu otel adina hic hos bir durum degil. Demem o ki 4 yasin altinda bir cocugunuz varsa ve ailecek buyuk havuzda hep beraber eglenmek istiyorsaniz bu otele gitmeyin.

Termal özellikleri için gittiğiniz bir otelde ne yazık ki havuzlar sıcak değil, iç havuz çok kalabalık, otel inanılmaz sıcak nefes alamadık. Personel sizi memnun etmek için çaba sarfediyor. Hotel is nice, good facilities. Service was OK,. Limited staff who speak English, which can be an issue if you have an issue, and with several international guests , was a little surprising. Rooms are dated, but clean and functional
