I love everything about it but I'm not sure if I can find a way to sleep as I love having snacks, shops are closed,.

This stay at Motel 6 on Miller was actually a surprise to me. The room was clean and well kept the refresh clean towels and extra roll of toilet paper the sink was clean the toilet was clean the shower was clean the bed was nicely made and clean the air conditioner work the TV worked so I was able to relax and enjoy my stay without concern so I appreciated the way the staff here at Motel 6 on Miller made sure that the room was nice and clean and I checked in in the p.m. hours and the woman that checked me in was nice friendly courteous and concerned about my stay at Motel 6. I know that Motel 6 seems to get bad reviews and I cannot understand why that is the case by my stay there myself. I have never stayed in a motel or hotel room in my entire life but will say that that experience is second to none

There was no breakfast I was drinking coffee and and poured the creamer into my coffee and a roch bug came out the creamer into my coffee

It has roch bugs and bed bugs and the staff don't clean good I found a dirty needle

I booked a last-minute room due to severe weather, relying on the positive reviews online. Unfortunately, the actual room conditions were unacceptable. There was excessive caulking around the door frame, electrical plate, and even holding the lock in place. A large section of the door frame was torn from the wall, parts of the ceiling were unfinished drywall, and the baseboards were coming off. The doors and frames were filthy, there were crayon marks on the walls, and a used bar of soap was left in the shower. The worst part was discovering cockroaches in the room. We immediately left. When I requested a refund, the manager refused, and Hopper also declined to offer any assistance or compensation. Overall, the room was unsafe, unsanitary, and not reflective of what was advertised. I would not recommend staying here or booking through Hopper based on this experience.

Roaches is the only word needed. Then no response to a refund after leaving after an hour due to the nasty conditions.
