Super 6 Inn & Suites

Keith at the front desk refused to let me check in to my room. When I called Expedia he lied and said that the room was unavailable due to the housekeeping. It was 8:30 at night!!! He also called me a B*%#h and told me my mother was one also. Please remove them from your list of properties. No one should be subject to this type of abuse from anyone. Especially a paying customer.

It was horrible the dirty room, full of dust the dirty bathroom the room smelled of musty and burned with cigars the blanquets the fridge rusty the micro let's say there was not even soap in two of them because I asked them to change my room 3 times and in the end the last one was a little better. But terrible, they charged me 2 times the deposit, one on arrival and another on leaving in the morning. I don't want to go back to that place ever

This hotel was terrible they could not make any guest a keys bc the machine was broken. I gad to be let in my room anytime I left it and returned. There were no toiletries and no pillow cases of sheets on the bed!

Didn't stay. Cancelled room due to musty smell, very run down, looked like it was abandoned. The clerk was very friendly and helpful, no complaints there.

Iit was great.but wifi not good its all.rouch went in bc i had door open moving staff from a car.my son saw it

They never bring any clean towels. The rooms are disgusting. There's a lot of traffic with people Doing criminal activity

it was very very unsafe! very rude people that likes that they live there permanent. it is very unsafe for children!

Got the room. Didnt end up staying in the room. Was unable to get back that way until rhe next afternoon about 4 pm. The super 6 then said it couldn't return my deposit. This was because it was to late in the day. Makes no sense maybe if it was 2 days or more. Js

We did not stay there there was roaches stains and nasty all over we winded up buying a hotel out of pocket somewhere else because they were disgusting supposed to be getting my money back worst hotel ever
