Decent place, tv was a little screwy.

Well off the jump the staff the lady working the front desk was completely rude completely just horribly rude. No customer service whatsoever just ask your horrible I did not recommend this hotel to anybody nobody I will never say that again. I can't get over how rude the lady was work in the front desk absolute miserable person she need to be fired

Outdated.

It did not seem like my sheets or pillow cases were changed. The pillows and bed had hair on them (some hair got in my mouth), the sheets were slightly brown from the grime of other people, and the floors were sandy.

Do not recommend.

TV shut myself off because it started to skip and then turn yourself back on and scared me and I fell out the bed.

It was terrible experience in my life. Our family moving from Texas to Florida Coral Springs. It's 20 hours drive, so we divided our trip and decided to stop in thos hotel . I pay full price. We left Texas for 10 hours later than expected. At 8pm I called to the hotel and say, that we are very late( and will come after 4 am) but still need a room for 2-3 hours rest and will leave hotel at 11am like expected. But when I arrived at 6.20am to hotel they said that they canceled my booking at 4am. When I ask to call manager the person on reception said that he don't want to connect me with manager but prefer to call police because I have no rights to be in this hotel. So I lost my money, didn't have a little rest, driving more than 20 hours with out stop and received the worst experience of my life with person who was aggressive and put my life in danger.
