I had a very good overall experience at the hotel, although there are a few small details that I think could be improved.
Upon arrival, I noticed there isn’t really a priority check-in process, as everyone goes through the same line. It’s not a major issue, but something to keep in mind if you’re expecting that benefit based on status.
The welcome drink was a bit confusing. It’s supposed to be redeemed at the bar, but on several occasions when I passed by, there was no one there. I’m not sure if the bar operates on specific hours, but in the end I didn’t use it. Not a big deal, just something that could be better communicated.
The rooms, on the other hand, are excellent. Very modern, clean, and well maintained. The location is also great—about a 15-minute walk from Zona T. It’s close enough to everything, but far enough to avoid noise. We slept very comfortably every night.
As part of the Silver status, we received a welcome amenity that consisted of a fruit plate. However, it included the same fruits available at breakfast (banana, mandarin, etc.), so it didn’t really feel like an added value. In other Accor hotels, I’ve received small touches like chocolates or something a bit more special.
I requested a late check-out, and initially I was told that staying until around 2:30 or even 3:00 pm wouldn’t be an issue. However, when I called again the same day to confirm, I was told the latest possible time was 2:00 pm, even though the hotel was quite empty, it was low season, and a Sunday. This was probably my only real frustration, especially since my flight was at 6:00 pm and I was only asking for an extra 30 minutes. In the end, I checked out around 2:30 pm without any issue, but I think the communication could have been more flexible.
I’d like to highlight the staff, especially one of the restaurant team members (I believe his name was Sergio, Andrés, or Carlos), who was extremely kind. Overall, the team was very polite, attentive, and efficient.
There was also a small issue when paying with my credit card, as I wasn’t given the option to choose the billing currency, which is usually offered. This can sometimes result in extra fees. However, the final charge reflected correctly on my statement, so no real issue there.
The hotel is very clean, and service is quick. One minor detail is that slippers were not provided in the room initially, although they were brought upon request. I think they should be included by default.
Breakfast is definitely a highlight—very varied, high quality, and with made-to-order options like eggs prepared to your preference. I would highly recommend including it.
Overall, it was a great stay. With a few small improvements in certain details, the experience could be even better. I would definitely recommend staying here.
