ECO PLAZA Santiago

We found the following things wrong with the hotel: No Air Conditioning. Just one fan. No Central Heating. Just one electric heater. Tub does not have a non slipping mat. Maids do not provide service on Sundays.

Everything was good, some of the furniture could use upgrading, but the apartment overall was incredibly spacious and the views from the balcony superb. Highly recommended.

Bang for your buck in the heart of Lastarria, bustling neighborhood in Santiago. The studio was immaculate and fully equipped with state of the art appliances. This is a residential building complex with apart-hotel agencies, you'll have to speak with your agent once you check-in at concierge.

Central location, easy access and good security. Towels not provided in bathroom and on follow up the situation was not rectified. Had to purchase towel !! While I would recommend hotel for fellow travellers due to location, it would be wise to check facilities and ensure shortcomings are pointed out to staff.

Customer service so poor that the phone number on their website doesn't't even work. Do not stay here. You have been warned.

I saw it in one other review, but thought it was a mistake. We booked and paid for 2 rooms at Lastarria Suites. We were going to be 1 day behind schedule, so we called the hotel. We tried several times, but all of the phone numbers were bad. We finally got the email address and sent them an email telling them of the situation. They gave us a good phone number and we called again to tell them we would be late. They said "no problem, we will wait for your late arrival." When we got in at 1AM from a long flight and cab ride, they told us they gave our rooms away and they could not help us. There was no room for discussion. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The hotel is very close to Santa Lucia and Plaza de Armas, and is part of a condominium complex with other renters/owners. The apartment itself was very comfortable and roomy, the kitchen was great. Hotel check was a little confusing, but basically you give your name at the main desk at the entry and they call up to the hotel staff, who come down to get you. Sounds like a hassle, but it really wasn't, and they were very helpful. This is not your typical dedicated hotel, but if you want a comfortable place to stay right in the heart of Santiago it is great. The only down side is the center courtyard gets a bit noisy on saturday night, but we just turned on a fan and were fine.

Central to most locations. Redirected from front desk to the office in another tower, but all very functional in the end.

if you are staying for business - then avoid this hotel.Facilities are ok for leisure stays, but if you need reliable internet, room service or other services - stay away

Really nice apartment in a good location. Wifi was fast and reliable, kitchen had everything we needed, and the apartment was even cleaned daily like a hotel. Prior to this we stayed at Mela Blu Apts which is the same one bedroom apt type of deal but the wifi never worked and management wasn't great. This place is a lot better. Highly recommended.
