Very nice room and hotel

Great property to stay

It was great, people we're friendly, the room was spotless! My only complaint was I went to the snack bar after my show and no white wine. Too late to drive anywhere else.

The room was clean and had great amenities. The location was close to shopping and great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend family and friends to stay.

Our room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately our room was close to the exit and therefore not as quiet as I hoped

Everything was great. The room was clean. The front desk staff were very helpful.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, and most importantly, very clean!

Our room was a little dirty and only partially stocked- one handtowel and no washcloths, no tissues, and the body wash was almost empty. The bath mat was soaking wet. There were drink rings on the nightstand that easily wiped off. I’d like to give thé the benefit of the doubt and assume that someone forgot to finish cleaning our room, but there were other signs that the hotel does not pay attention to details: the pool was consistently out of towels, there is draft beer for sale in the lobby, but they could only find a total of 2 beer mugs during mid-afternoon. There is a bathroom by the pool but they keep the door locked, so we kept having to fetch towels for kids to head in to use the restroom. We stopped on the way home to buy bodywash (yes, we check in online through the Hilton app and basically avoid front desks whenever possible) and the extra few minutes resulted in us getting stuck in event traffic from people leaving the nearby coliseum.
