Had a fantastic stay at NEYA Lisboa Hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely friendly throughout – nothing was too much trouble, which really made the experience stand out. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and clearly well looked after. For the price, the value is excellent – it feels like you get much more than you pay for. Food and drinks were great, and the location is ideal – close enough to the city centre to explore easily, but in a quieter area. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was great! The hotel was a easy trip to/from the airport. It's about a 20min walk (downhill) to the main tourist area but we always ubered back because of the steep uphill walk to return.

Hotel Neya is a clean, smart comfortable place to stay. The staff were all excellent. We had a few problems but they were dealt with efficiently and with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. We spilt our coffee granules on the bedroom carpet, and one of the housekeeping team came and vacuumed it up for us, no fuss.

Everything was excellent.
