Space of the room and value for money

The pillows were not very comfortable

The presidential suite was very large and gave our baby room to run around in. The hotel has a kids play room which our toddler loved. There is breakfast buffet and also complimentary happy hour where non-alcoholic drinks and snacks are served. The big king bed was very comfortable. Room service was very good.

The presidential suite came with a kitchen but it was not stocked - no bowls, cutlery etc. The sound proofing was not good - even on the top (16th) floor, we could hear a lot of traffic noises and also noise from others sharing the same floor. There are only 2 elevators servicing a tall building - the elevators do not communicate with each other so are very inefficient in moving people up and down. The suite was quite dark - some of the lights were missing. The bathroom was oddly small for such a large suite, and it didn't have enough places to hang clothes - I could see there used to be a towel rack which had fallen off and not replaced. The hotel has 1 washing machine and 1 dryer, so this means you have to get lucky when trying to use the machines. My father's room had an airconditioner thermostat that could not be adjusted - only turned on or off. The location is ok, sort of next of Formosa Boulevarde. Unfortunately the pathways around the hotel are quite uneven and difficult to access with a baby stroller.
